Fast & Furious 8 will be without Cody's brother Paul Walker

Having faced the death of Paul Walker being produced, Fast & Furious 7 was redesigned to make a tribute to the late star actor. And if Cody Walker, his younger brother, was then called up to replace him on some scenes, a rumor was quickly suggested that it could return to Fast & Furious 8, to allow the character of Brian O'Conner a last appearance on screen. A corridor of noise today denied by the production itself.

The website provides Polygon and having learned from a representative of Universal Pictures that Cody Walker would not be in the next film in the saga. "There is no truth behind (the rumors)," reportedly said the famous source. Recall that the hypothesis of seeing the young man appear in the cast of this series had been mentioned a few months ago, when his name appeared on the IMDB page of Fast & Furious 8. Note, however, that participation has since been cleared of US reference site.

Although quite easily imagine that this next album will not forget Brian O'Conner however, the character will anyway not physically present on the screen and should therefore be mentioned only here and there by his former cronies. And despite the tragic death of Paul Walker, fans can count on the return of Vin Diesel, Dwayne Johnson or Jason Statham for the future of the franchise. This eighth album, which will run between New York, Cuba and Iceland, are also ads still spectacular. The production has indeed expected to put his cameras in the town of Akranes in Iceland, which had already hosted the team of Sense 8 series, in order to achieve "the biggest explosion that the island has ever known" . This scene will be shot next April, a year before the release of the film F. Gary Gray (Straight Outta Compton), that is expected from us for 12 April 2017.
